Biography
Vinod Muthusamy is a graduate student in the Middleware Systems Research Group in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Toronto. His research interests lie in the field of distributed publish/subscribe systems. Past and ongoing research have studied publish/subscribe protocols in various environments including peer-to-peer overlay networks, cellular networks, and wireless ad-hoc networks. Vinod received a BASc degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Waterloo in 2002, and an MASc degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto in 2005. He is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto.
